Style. Design. Concept of this computer is good. Execution not so much. Mouse pad is terrible. I have random ghost touching of the screen. Have to close down to reset. Batter does last a good while depending on what you're doing. Over all I've gotten to frustrated with this computer to be able to recommend it to anyone.

I am going to be starting college this fall so I went to look for a new laptop. The sales rep suggested this one right away and after comparing it to the other options, I knew it was the right one for me. I love the way it can rotate fully and become a tablet and I can't wait to use it this fall in school.

I needed a travel laptop that's not bulky and can last a decent amount of time on the battery. This fit the bill great. Plus it runs a few of the online games I play pretty well. Granted, it's at the lowest settings, but it gets the job done.

Great machine for the price brings a ssd but worth the trade off for space

First, not for lefties. If you like to use your right hand. Got the touchpad/ mouse, you will hit the right mouse function. Second, the shift key on the right is small. Next, the Internet and the new Microsoft platform crashes regularly and requires rebooting. Last, the battery is pretty short lived

This was purchased for my high school daughter who wanted flexibility to watch programming, do school work, and have a machine that started up quickly. After replacing 2 hard drives on my son's laptop I was looking for the solid state drive that wasn't too expensive. This fit the bill. She loves it.

My advice is DO NOT BUY. THIS PRODUCT IS ILL CONCEIVED. I bought one, it worked great for about a couple weeks, then the cursor went wild and cued changes on its own. The screen would change from Internet to Word to Excel to strange websites I have never / ever used. Zoom would change from super big to micro tiny. All this happened in rapid succession when I was not even touching the computer. Then the touchscreen abruptly stopped working. I figured I got a lemon so I returned it to the store. They wanted to fix it, but I declined because I felt A BRAND NEW COMPUTER SHOULD NOT NEED REPAIR. After giving me a bit of grief, they reluctantly exchanged it for another one of the same model. And I was okay with that until... The second one was also problematic. Dime sized light spots randomly appeared and disappeared on the screen -- sometimes 1, sometimes 4 or 6 spots -- all lined up like they were on a grid. I thought it might be a virus, but when the computer was checked out, nothing was there. Returned it to the store and was advised that it was a malfunction of the touchscreen. This was a 2 week old computer. They tried to exchange it for a third one of the same model, but I declined and asked for a different brand. I later found out that this computer's problems have been well documented as "ghost touch" and "touchscreen malfunction." I feel it is unethical for Lenovo to continue to sell a product known to have serious functional weaknesses that may not surface for a couple of weeks, possibly taking it past the return period. Then consumers could be left on their own to resolve the issues. I will never buy another Lenovo product

Product was better than some computers on display not in open box

I really want to love this laptop but it just won't let me. It continues to shoot circles of light throughout the screen and opens and closes windows and takes over control of the cursor. I'm constantly restarting or shutting down the laptop. Sooooo aggravating. Js
