Several times when attempting to turn it on there was only a black screen. When it did come on, it would not connect to the Internet despite all the troubleshooting. We returned it to the store.

My older daughter used the older model and it has been fantastic and problem free for the past 3 years. Has all you need to use in school. Great name and reputation in laptops..

Nothing but trouble

Display errors, screen locking up, now the laptop will not restart. Support from Lenovo consists of someone reading from a script.

The only problem I had was the keyboard, which took a bit to getting used to.

However, after a few weeks the product started doing some very peculiar things. It would all of a sudden start jumping from one of the selections on the touch screen to another. This would happen after it had warmed up. I took it in for the Geek Squad to look at. They worked on it and told me that it was the processor. But when I got it home and began to use it again, it started all over again. I took it back in, and the Geek Squad person that I had this time told me that this product has an issue with the touch screen. If I had known at the time of purchase I wouldn't have bought it. But I learned to late, and too long after the purchase to get it replaced, so my laptop is now back at the manufacturer where they hopefully will be able to fix it. This problem is more than I expect from a new computer, and would give me pause as to purchasing another Lenovo product.
