I've had Dell, HP and Toshiba computers in the past. I have been happier with my Lenova than any of the other brands that I've had!

The keyboard/mouse pad are just a little too sensitive. I swear I'm not resting my hand on the surface but it changes out of a program or pre-sends an email, etc. I'm struggling.

I admit I bought one of the geek sguad returns, it failed at day 14 ,whuch was a blessing since 14 day return policy. had no hassle returning best buy gets 5stars for that

This computer boots quickly and has a good screen and keyboard. HOWEVER, the fan noise is a screeching hi pitch noise that sends you running. I ran to take the machine back.

This is a great laptop for someone who doesn't want to spend a lot on a bit of a power house. Love it for my school work

Have liked Lenovo products in the past, was recommended by a family member. This computer is strictly for school use by my son and easy for him to maneuver around

Houston chronicle rate it number two behind Surface Book. One great laptop. It was for my wife and she loves it.

It has several features which are good, such as the newer hard drive and loads up very quickly. There is not a lot of bloatware. The keys are back-lit, although its not a feature that makes any difference to me since I use an external keyboard. I only gave it 1 star for several reasons. First the screen suddenly would go blank and then recover with an error message regarding the Intel graphics card. Since it was a Geek squad certified open box item, I took it back to them to check it out. That quite frankly was a waste of my time. I then called Lenovo and they were helpful downloading updating the latest drivers. Well, I still have the same issue, only this time it has a slightly different error message regarding the graphics card. Two other things why I would not recommend this unit. it has 3 USB ports, but one doubles as the AC adapter port. And the other thing is the HDMI port is not a standard port. It is a micro HDMI port. The very least Lenovo or Best Buy should have done was include an adapter, instead of having to buy one. That is a very poor design. What is strange is I have a Lenovo 11" tablet with a regular size HDMI port. Go figure. Finally the various flip features is not something I use since the laptop is stationary in my office. Although right now it is in a case, because I went out and bought a Dell (from Best Buy) and that is working perfectly. Run, don't walk from this unit.

I needed a fast laptop that I could have on the go with me and this laptop has been great! First time to buy a Lenova. Will do so again.

Purchased the unit May 2016, it stopped working 8/28/216. Had to send the unit to Lenovo Repair Depot and as of 9/19/2016 they are telling me its going to take 16 -18 "Business" day to repair, that another 3.5 weeks at best. I would not purchase another Lenovo product this is just a re-brand of the IBM Thinkpad and the service is just the same. Please save yourself the frustration...

The system is ridiculously slow at times. I have to use Google Chrome for my online school work. It takes up to an hour for Chrome to open from the downloaded icon...if it opens at all. I have taken the computer in to be checked twice in the 6 weeks I purchased it because it wouldn't shut down. Not sure if this is typical of each of these models or if I got the lucky one. Regardless, I'm not impressed. The next time I have to take it in, I'll ask for a replacement.

I love the features of this product. It is very versatile and provides what we were looking for. Works great!

My Lenovo-2 n 1 Yoga 700 is very slim line and packs a lot of memory to manage my business and make presentations. Ideal product for the application.

I love it!!! The voice recognition is top notch. Liked it so much I got another for a gift. Plenty of power as the battery seems to last and last.

this laptop does more than i needed which is great so that i can shop and work on school at the same time!

Compact, light and fast computer. We love it. Purchased this computer for work very durable, use it when I am away from office very portable.

After 2 days it wouldn't turn on and had to return it. Geeksquad and bestbuy xidnt know what was up. Let me exchange it though very easily.
