Too Many Problems

The video driver crashed twice, backlight turned on and off by itself, the mouse moved by itself and at other times became nonresponsive. Honestly, I thought this laptop was haunted and so did the reps at Best Buy. I returned it for a Surface Pro 4 and have not looked back since.
