I tried to go to best buy and see what's wrong since it was still in the 2 week return. The geek squad person told me to go and update my computer. There are still problems with it.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this laptop to replace a working 5 year old Toshiba....when it worked it worked great....that was 3 days. six trips back to the store to meet the Geek Squad guys (That were great) and told me they do not know why it would not load right or why the touch screen would lose its drivers. Took the 3rd one back today doing the same thing....buying another make......I did read other reviews talking about the touch screen locking up after shut down but it was for another model. Please do not waste your time on this model.
