Great 14" laptop
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very fast! Lightweight and compact. Love the touchscreen. The SSD makes this a very quick laptop. Only downside no network port. You will need an adopter.

Great Laptop
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought an open box Yoga on 7/10/16 for a great price. After a few hours the touchscreen started to do weird things - googled it and found this has been a common problem with the LG screen and there is now a Lenovo FiX: https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/products/Laptops-and-netbooks/Yoga-Series/Yoga-3-1470/Solutions/HT103512 No problems since I downloaded it. Just wanted to pass this along since it was a bit hard to find. Best of luck - this is a great laptop!

Wifi, Speed, Gphics issues
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Very poorly built laptop which has serious compatibility issues with Windows 10. Exchanged it twice for same model and issues followed. Great help and service from best buy, but they can only do so much for a poorly built computer. Finally had to return and get another computer, and am happy so far. Lost at least 160 hours trying to fix the Lenovo. Had no choice as a lot of software was loaded and really thought with driver upgrades issues would go away.

Read all the Reviews -- This Computer has Issues
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I recently purchased this 2-1 and within a week had experienced many of the problems that others have outlined here -- mysterious bubbles appearing on the screen, Wi-Fi total disengagement, mysterious cursor movement when I wasn't touching anything, graphics card stopping working and resetting. Although at first I thought they might be one-time occurrences in breaking in a new computer, they persisted throughout the week, so I quickly headed back to Best Buy to turn it back. Unlike others who have written here, I didn't want to go through it again, so have instead gone with a similar Dell product, which so far (24 hours!) has been a perfect gentleman. I also upgraded myself to the I7 from the i5, don't know that that has made a difference in performance but I'm much happier nonetheless!

Failed driver
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this laptop and had to return it the next day. An error message came up that said display driver failed. After that it was blank screens and freezing. Would not waste my time.

Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very excited when I got this laptop. Though I read the reviews about issues I still decided to give it a try. Issues started after 1 week. Display started shutting off by itself and got message that the driver crashed and recovered. After a week while working the display went completely dark and had to restart. Then the touch screen became unresponsive. It was a fast computer. After reading the bad experiences others had with Lenovo customer service returned to best buy.

Computer Sucks
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this computer last week. Came home and WiFi worked for about 20 minutes then stopped working. My phone and other laptop worked on WiFi just fine. Called Lenovo - WiFi adapter somehow uninstalled itself from the computer. Took the unit back to the store and got another one. Same exact problem happened. Called Lenovo - they could not fix it. Took it back to the store and got an ASUS - which I have been using for a week without any problems. When I returned the second one to the store the associate said "yeah we've been getting a lot of these Lenovo's returned lately with this problem." I randomly told my sister this (who lives 1000 miles away) and she said she had the same exact problem with a lenovo she bought in January - She bought an Acer instead and it works fine. Sounds like Lenovo has a problem. I am sad because I had a Lenovo for the past 4 years and it was a great machine. Not sure what the issue with their new units is.

Total waste of money
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This computer is a piece of junk. It is incredibly slow. It takes ages to go from one site to the next and half the time is doesn't load at all and I have to refresh several time to get it to pull a page up. Every time I restart the computer I have to unplug and restart my wifi bc if can't seem to connect (and I know this is an issue with the computer and not the wifi bc everyone else in the house can connect just fine.) The screen is glitchy whenever I use Facebook and it constantly blacks out and then jumps back up to the top of my news feed. The touchscreen is jumpy and every other time I go to use it I have to turn if off and restart just so it can recognize touch on the screen. I have called customer service as well as had someone look at it and they assure me it's not defective, that it's just how the computer is. Do not waste your money on this!!

Terrible
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.when I first bought this laptop I thought it was awesome. but I haven't even had it for a whole year and I am already having problems with it. some screws on the bottom of my laptop came out and I don't know where they are, the touch screen randomly starts clicking everywhere and wont stop for a couple of minutes but it exits out of everything I am doing and random things pop up because it thinks I am clicking everywhere (I thought the screen might be dirty so I cleaned it a few times and that isn't the case, there are a few white spots on my screen that you can see and that is where all the clicking was happening), and also today my laptop wasn't turning on for about 10 minutes when it had 35% battery left.

Terrible, Unusable model
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had to buy a new laptop suddenly when my grandaughter spilled liquid on my old Lenovo. I have had two Lenovo's, and really loved them, so I wanted to get something similar. This computer is unusable. The curser jumps all over the screen, even if you are not touching the computer. The windows tabs flip back and forth randomly and the worst... the screen appears to be rapidly refreshing. when that happens, just have to shut down. So, I took it to Geek squad, they said it was a bad touchscreen and exchanged it for another. Guess what? same problem. Its going back tonight. Very disappointed. Oh, and the usb charging port is weak.

Do not ever buy this computer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this computer for grad school and I had to have it shipped out 3 separate times in the first month to get things fixed. The computer settings seem to change on their own, it is not a user friendly computer, and it almost never works. I HATE this computer. I would only recommend you buy this piece of s**t if you really enjoy standing in the geek squad lines to get things serviced and if you like to be really frustrated when trying to do anything on your laptop.

Bad Computer
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had the computer for less than 3 hours before running into a hardware problem not mentioned in reviews. Monitor would not come on despite being turned on. Checked online for problems with this particular computer and found out this was a common problem that had to be resolved at an authorized service center. Immediately returned the computer for a refund.

It goestrogen to tablet mode randomly and then you have to shut it turn it off and on a fewe times to get the mouse and keyboard on. Within 5 minutes of typing the keyboard and mouse disappear and I have to use the touch screen. Real fun typing papers for grad school on a touch screen.
