Defective Laptop Switches Off
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a Geek Squad Certified Lenovo Yoga 11 inch, unfortunatelly it seems that the tech service did not check anything before puting it on sale again. This laptop looks fine and works fine for the first 15 minutes, then, the hard drive switches off. The screen seems to be on, but the system itself switches off completely. I tested all kind of power setting combinations and researched on Lenovo Forums. Unfortunately this seems to be a more complicated, but common issue with these Lenovos: A microchip on the mainboard crashes and causes it to switch off. I am returning this laptop. Now I now that "Geek Squad Certified" is as good as no certification whatsoever.
