I had to deal with geek squad and lenovo customer support which was a nightmare, but after a month of trying to fix it they said it was beyond repair and gave me a full return via giftcard.

Online this is common issue for Yoga Lenovo. Wishing now I had spent more and gotten better system or bought extended warranty. Didn't buy warranty because I thought a $500 laptop would last at least a year or two. My stupidity.

You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. nice computer, but right shift key in wrong place

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Yoga 710-11. With regard to the right shift key issue you mention, there is a free software APP called KeyTweak that may help you. You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.
Processor is slow

The computer itself will run but the screen does not. I hadn't used this one much, maybe once or twice a month. I found it very handy when I did use it. I'm just disappointed there's already an error on it which leaves me without a computer.

There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.
