It's OK, doesn't have SD card slot and the screen could be brighter

Bought open box, a windows was installed by unknown source. Geek Squad tried to uninstall and reinstall correct Windows a and it couldn't be done. I liked the size and weight, but lost faith with Lenovo after comments from GS

Is a great computer for online trainings, checking email.

Its good enough for me and child to use for simple homework.

Nice that it converts to tablet. Could be faster though.

Only thing i would rethink is having a backlit keyboard

I researched this laptop before purchasing. It seemed as though it would be perfect and initially it was. However the wi-fi connection has completely reconfigured itself multiple times which didn't allow me to connect to wi-fi or even have the option to. The camera stopped working within a couple of months as well, I don't really use it so not a deal breaker. I used to be able to use messenger to video chat with my daughter but that doesn't work anymore either. The internet browser has been frustrating as well, it doesn't let me access certain links on my school platform anymore. The laptop is light weight which I love but since I am primarily using it for school I am pretty disappointed.

The new refrigerator was installed and our old one taken away by Geek Squad personnel. The new refrigerator did not work. Best Buy could not get anybody out to service the refrigerator. About $500 of food contained in our old refrigerator spoiled. A new refrigerator was ordered and delivery scheduled 11 days after the first one was delivered. Leaving us without a way to preserve food. Everyone at Best Buy passes the responsibility off to others. The bottom line is you can't depend on Best Buy to standby a product if it doesn't work. Don't purchase an appliance from Best Buy if its operation is critical for your day to day life. Go to a local appliance store that can provide repairs if needed.

The computer will not turn on. Fist time it was still under MFG. warranty, It just did the same thing and warranty is expired. Now just an expensive paper weight.

The glare from the screen is just too much to handle when you need to use the pc often, which is what most buyers would want I assume. The battery is also not even close to the advertised 8 hours. It's more like 4h. I returned it and bought MAC.

I only had it a month and something happened to it where it would not connected to Internet . Item was returned to Best Buy

Device seemed a bit slow. I love the form factor just not to happy with the performance. If it was priced a bit lower, I would give it a better rating but for the current price, you can get more specs/speed.

I was just adding this for an extra laptop for my business. Open box and a very cheap price. ($300.. I believe) It really struggled to perform..so I returned it.

You would think a 1,000.00 computer would be fast, but this one, nope. Bulky, heavy, and too slow. Isnt at all what it should be. May take it back,

Very disappointed, after 2 Years, while in use the screen went blank, I have my repair guy checking it out, stay tuned.

Although I am a novice with technology, this system was inefficient. Processor was too slow but like Windows 10 and the cheap price.

Lenovo customer service remotely looked and told ME I had to call Microsoft to upgrade system. I did but that did not solve. (Microsoft support was good). Then Lenovo told ME to contact my ISP and get a special channel ??. I told them there are other computers and devices connecting at regular distances to same router. They did not change answer. Told them "Ridiculous" and back it went to store.
