Tried reaching out to Lenova but get placed on hold for hours. Besides that it does what I need

Well the keypad was great unfortunately it was slower than expected and I was not impressed at all. I took it back. But I do a caution all that take things back to Best Buy even when the sales person says take it home if you don't like it you can bring it back well let me tell you, do that a few times and there is a program that comes up when you check out that puts you on a year of never being able to take one thing back so beware of returning things, you don't know about it till it is too late. I am an elite member with a $4000 line of credit and that's what they did to me.

Need Warranty Report BLUE Screen

Posted .This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the left side of the device, right near the headphone port on the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files.
