The Lenogo Yoga 710 is just the right size and weight. The 14-inch screen (1920x1080) is large enough for extended use. The large trackpad size is fairly easy to use, though I prefer the Lenovo/IBM TrackPoint (eraser-like pointing device within the keys). Getting a 256Gb SSD in this price range is very good and makes the machine perform fast, especially on startup. High-speed 'AC' Wifi assures fast network access. We love this laptop, which was a huge step-up from the Netbook previously used. The backlit keyboard gives it a good look, too!

Bought this as open box clearance for 500 bucks. I love it. I did have to update the drivers for the fan issue, but it worked.

I thought this laptop was just on sale, I didn't realize it was a display model. Despite this, the laptop arrived in good shape and works fine.There are no scratches or imperfections. My only complaint is that it was not securely packaged and it was not wise for the sticker to be stuck to the laptop and charger the way it was. It was very difficult to remove.

Wanted to buy a surface book. This one is good works as a tablet and laptop. Ideal for a grad student. Lightweight

The base as well as the display features beveled chrome edges, which enhance the look without looking obnoxious. The system is very sturdy: the base resists pressure and is torsionally very rigid. The same is true of the display lid, which is very resilient thanks to the materials used. Pressure on the back of the lid does not affect the display at all. The 360-degree hinges hold the display in place well; although there is some slight bouncing in laptop mode - but convertibles generally have this issue.
