Being so slim means it takes up less space in my backpack, leaving more room for books :( But on another note, the DDR4 RAM and quad core i5 means this thing has plenty of power to get me through all my college courses, leaving enough room to watch 1080p videos on YouTube, and edit photos on Lightroom. It can also do some video editing, but can get a little warm. All in all, this laptop is amazing, and I highly recommend it!

Great Laptop and Great Value

Although it is generally used as a traditional laptop, having the flexibility of tent and tablet mode is still a plus. The laptop runs smooth and not too hot. It is thin and light enough to make travel and lap use convenient. Yet it is big enough (keyboard and screen) to make it perfect for its typical use: word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, email, and web searches. This has been a great buy and would highly recommend as a student laptop.

There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.
