Power Issue

After a week of using, my power button refuses to operate. So turning my laptop has been an issue. Took it in to Geek Squad, they couldn't figure what was wrong but insists that my programs were out to date. So she installed everything. Came home and the problem persists.

You can do this in the control panel, in the power management category on your system. Select a more conservative power management setting to extend battery life.

Very nice laptop

The screen size is larger than I would typically prefer but being able to flip it over into a tablet makes the size less of an issue. It is very quick and easily runs all the programs I need for my engineering classes. Also, it holds a charge for a good amount of time and charges pretty quickly too. The only downfall is that it cannot be used with an active stylus, but otherwise it is a great laptop.

Excellent multi-function computer

The SSD makes boot-up very fast. The display is clear, very crisp, and easy on the eyes. Fewer ports than our previous laptop but that comes with a much thinner case. The backlit keyboard is nice but the shift and return keys on the right side are close enough to each other that it is easy to hit the return instead of the shift when typing fast. Haven't used it in tablet mode

You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.
