Great, except for right shift key

You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.

That is a bit frustrating when I am working on assignments for school because it just shuts down. However, I save my work frequently and the computer itself auto-saves so it's not usually detrimental. It hasn't done it in a while now though. I generally just work on school things and not much else with it but I really enjoy that it is a touch-screen.

Fast, light weight, but questionable battery life

It's fast, light weight, and feels like a well built laptop (sturdy, not made out of plastic). My only concern so far is the battery life. It seems (to me at least) that the battery wears down quicker than it should (even with all of the background extras turned off and no gaming going on - just surfing the web or working with Word and Excel). I haven't put a clock on it to see how long it actually lasts - but I have my eye on it.
