Great machine, small, light, great battery and still has a full sized usb port. Note the micro hdmi port is right next to the usb port so when you use an hdmi converter dongle you may not be able to use the usb port at the same time. Software loads quickly with the ssd and the lenovo software is actually useful (updates drivers)

I absolutely love the size and weight of this laptop.

I was debating between an apple air and a lenovo yoga for months. After doing research, I felt that this laptop was the best choice. Which it was the best choice for my needs! The flexiblity with the yoga and the touch screen is wonderful it responds quickly. The screen is super clear as well i love it. If your a college student that wants a laptop with quality and wont break your pocket this is it.

This laptop replaced a Dell Inspiron that had a poorly performing Core Celeron processor. Little did I know that I wouldn't even be able to run more than one or two programs at a time without the Dell running super slow. So annoying! I am not a gamer and only need a laptop for music, email, internet browsing and MS Office applications for school. This Lenovo with the Core i5 processor is so much better!

great laptop for home use - very small and lightweight and has a built in keyboard

A neighbor offered to help us purchase and set up a new desktop for my husband. He was still using an old Dell with XP. We expected to get a tower, but my neighbor suggested we use a small laptop and just add a full size monitor, mouse and keyboard. The laptop is as powerful as a tower and if we ever want to take it with us, we have them both. He selected the Lenovo and we are happy with it.

I bought this laptop after a week long debate between this and the MacBook Air. I love it so far. I got an open box which is why I can only get 4 stars. Super fast laptop, great for casual gaming and streaming videos. The screen quality is great and the price (open box) is unbeatable. I am using it now to write this review ;p

I use my laptops for basic word and excel type of work, nothing fancy. I travel a lot for work both within the USA and abroad. This laptop has all the features I need including its weight and size. I own a tablet so I don't really need the screen to detach. It does rotate to give the feel of a tablet when it's on my lap or if I'm watching a movie. Would recommend if your use is similar.

Amazing product! The ability to create and be effective and efficient comes with ease. Only reason. For a 4 star rating is due to lack of durability. I had this in my bag, and my bad fell about 7 inches. The screen broke, even though I had it closed and in between books and other things. Bust buy geek squad is repairing now.

I bought this off of a recommendation. My old laptop battery just wasn't holding a charger. I ordered this online. I opened the box and knew right away that it was going to be a problem for me. I'm use to a 15" screen and I wanted a lighter more portable laptop but man the space bar placement proximity to the trackpad just drove me crazy. I'm 5'6" and don't have huge hands, I don't see how men would be able to make this laptop work. Also, the one I got was defective. The lag on the cursor was ridiculous, even after adjusting the settings. Also, the sensitivity of track pad kept making the screen zoom in and out. Probably some adjustment on my part versus what I'm use to. I just had to exchange for the 14". I'm SO much happier. It's so light, quick start up, great battery life, love the picture quality. Although I did put a matte screen protector on it to eliminate glare and protect it from fingerprints.

Portable and easy to carry, fast booting, file transfer speed is quite fast

Small and light enough to carry in my purse to take to my college courses.

I am enjoying this computer very much. Or use it for business and it has many features that I enjoy. I am happy to go with the solid-state drive
