Makes it really easy to flip through emails. Nice and light. I really like that, compared to my old laptop. Almost like a tablet.

Besides that, the computer is great for individuals who commute and perform minimal tasks.

Posted .This sounds like there is a conflict with installed software. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults.

Light, fast, love it

I needed a PC as a backup that is portable. I am so glad with my purchase and the computer runs beyond my expectations. The only short coming is it does not have a SD card reader which could have been a good feature while on the go.

He found it to be very quick (SSHD) and mastered the photo ID, programming, etc. almost immediately. DOES NOT COME WITH UNEEDED AND UNWELCOME SOFTWARE!!! Highly recommend!

I even had best buy geek try to help with the download I have to use my old Ipad to watch tv.

All to mimic my main laptop. The responsiveness of the screen is not as good as a more expensive laptop, but it was fine for the price.

Laptop sees Verizon WiFi but still will not connect. Verizon states it is a problem with the laptop. Very inconvenient.

With regard to connecting to a WiFi Hotspot, has the device been connecting to any other WiFi signal - Is it just the Hotspot signal that is the problem? If you haven't tried to connect to another WiFi signal, try connecting to another WiFi signal, see if the device will connect. If it does, then the problem lies with the Hotspot signal or the process being used to connect to the Hotspot. There is usually a password that must be entered to connect to a Hotspot. This password is usually on the Hotspot device itself. We recommend you check with Verizon for instructions for connecting to their Hotspot.
Great Laptop

I wanted a compact laptop with touch screen capability and this does everything I ask of it. Screen resolution very good. I have never owned a Lenovo computer. I have only had it for a few months but everything has exceeded my expectations.

With regard to the battery life, try changing your power management setting to a more conservative one. You can do this in the control panel, in the power management category on your system. Select a more conservative power management setting to extend battery life.

I bought this Yoga but was not quite confident if it would be a good computer or not. I am loving it! Totally loving it! Sometimes I even prefer it to my Mac for regular tasks.

Bad experience

Thankful I purchased the full protection plan which has ultimately saved me money. It not just the laptop its the customer service and support the Geek Squad provides. In order, to get the computer repaired i had to probably take the computer to them about 5 time just to get diagnosed. Until they final fixed the issue will damaging the screen in the process which was repaired thanks to the protection plan.
No, I would not recommend this to a friendReally like the touch screen feature.

There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.
