I keep hitting the "page up" key instead of the "shift". Maybe my hands are just too small but I've never encountered this with other small laptop keyboards.

Posted .With regard to the right shift key issue you mention, there is a free software APP called KeyTweak that may help you. You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.
Inexpensive but not worth it
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had this computer for three weeks, I didn't get a chance to use it much but I will say it was very user friendly, I loved that it could turn into a tablet, anyways out of no where this computer would not turn back on, I took very good car of it, it does and did not leave my nightstand and used in only in bed, so I know it was not damaged, I took it to best but and of course I was out of the 14 day policy but they couldn't figure out the problem so luckily they gave me a new one, I had my husband take it back because I'm paranoid these computers will mess up

Posted .There was a Windows 10 update recently that may have effected drivers on your Yoga 710-11, causing the issues you mention. Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. You can do this by just typing "restore point" in the search window within Cortana and follow the link to create a restore point. Never had the solid state drive before, but I'm converted. For a 11.6" the keyboard is good. Only dislike, and it's slight, is that the backspace key is too small. Overall, I love it.

lightweight, quick and functional laptop

Great 2-in-one laptop

The size is good but it is taking time to get used to it because the keyboard is more sensitive than what I am used to so I can find myself typing on the wrong line.

Small, lightweight is a huge plus. The touchscreeen is always a nice feature too. Highly recommend this not only for everyday use, but to take on the go.

Mini laptop is useful

Loved it at first, but computer had to replace

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered this laptop online, it shipped and got lost in the mail (I had to call customer service to figure this out after my order was a few days late). Best Buy ordered me a new one, but forgot to refund me. At that point, they took $1,300 out of my account and I still didn't have a laptop. I had to call customer service 3 times to get my refund. They offered no apologies and didn't seem to care. I've had my laptop for about a month now and only have two problems: speakers and the screen. The speakers sometimes make this screeching noise when I am playing audio. For the screen, the bottom part of my screen went fuzzy today and nothing was functional. I simply restarted my laptop and everything went back to normal. A few hours later, my screen turned black for a few seconds and then went back to normal. My recommendation to anyone is DON'T USE BEST BUY ONLINE. The laptop is great and worth the money, other than those two issues I am experiencing.

Good tablet/laptop

Posted .With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window). There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.
