This laptop is great for traveling as it's so light and small. I had a Mac, but I am a Windows person so I made the switch.

I love that I'm able to multitask , the laptop is touchscreen and battery lasts a good time.

I purchased this computer for my daughter to use at school and she really likes the speed of downloading.

I purchased this laptop and within one month it started having start up issues as others have reviewed on several web sights. It kept getting worse every week and then today it stated Windows has found an issue with the processor and is gathering information to report it. It crashed completely before it even accomplished that and will not restart. I took it to Best Buy this evening and they will send it off for two to three weeks on the manufacturing warranty so I have to do without my travel investment computer till then. I did not even get to use my extended warranty I bought to just get a replacement or refund on something that crashed in less than 90 days that has been a problem since it was new. I buy all of my electronics at Best Buy and normally buy another brand of laptop and wish I had this time. I am very very dissatisfied with my purchase and requested a refund today. Since I have dropped back to an Elite customer from a Elite Plus, they can not do that they according to the Geek Squad service representative. As soon as I find out what they are going to do with it, I will be sending Corporate Best Buy a letter requesting my purchase price, extended warranty cost, and the taxes paid refunded to my account and for them to keep this piece of poor quality equipment. I realize Best Buy did not make it but when you buy as many big ticket items as I do from them and always buy extended warranty, I expect a refund when you have as much of a problem as I have had with this one. Best Buy can easily get their money back from this company and keep me as a customer with only one phone call to the manufacturer. Hopefully I can add to this review in April or May when I might have a computer for my needs on the road and let everyone know how Best Buy stood up for me as a repeat customer.
