MS Office and internet access is the extent of her requirements. Her biggest complaint has ALWAYS been boot time (Basically she wants IPad boot time!) and the bulkiness/weight. This computer killed both of those issues! Thank You Lenora! Boot time is super fast with the SSD and the thin profile with flexibility is awesome.

Flexible and portable laptop/tablet!

The keyboard folds all the way around so the device can be used as a tablet, plus it stands up in an upside down V shape if you want to prop it up on the counter or table. I love the fact that it has a full sized SD card slot, a few USB ports. The right side Shift key being in an odd spot doesn't bother me at all, I just use the left Shift key instead.

You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.

Love the touch screen and the ability to move to tablet mode. Its been running fast even though it's an i5. My only complaint is that it didn't automatically have the two finger scroll feature so I had to download that.

My only complaint is that the wifi isn't always reliable - It will drop periodically and then come back after a couple of minutes. I haven't determined yet if this is something to do with my network or an issue with the device itself. That aside, have been very happy with this product.

Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. You can do this by just typing "restore point" in the search window within Cortana and follow the link to create a restore point. Here is the link:

However, as a fifty-year typist, I have to complain that the size/placement of the right shift key creates too great a stretch for my conditioned muscle memory. This slows me down greatly, not to mention frustrates me.

Good except keyboard

The keyboard does not have a number pad on the right side and the shift is oddly placed so I am often paging up instead of capitalizing. Otherwise.....it's good
