I was searching for a laptop and this was one option between another one. I decided to get this laptop for the amazing clarity, the loud speakers, the camera, touchscreen, and the specs for school. I also got it during a sale and saved about $250. I would definitely recommend this laptop to others. I haven't noticed some con's yet.

I am absolutely satisfied with this laptop. I am a college student and I use it for Word Applications and Streaming Video. Great picture quality and a fast processor.

I bought the Lenovo to upgrade. It's fast, light and easy to use. I recommend it.

Top of the line laptop. Fingerprint ID is great but does not seem to want to work for my wife, otherwise would be 5star.

Touch screen is great and the ssd allows the laptop to boot up with no wait time.

After discussing my computer needs with the Best Buy assistant, we decided on this Lenovo laptop. Had no issues setting up, and is very easy to operate. This is my first laptop, and so far very pleased. I have some computer skills, but no pro for sure. Hoping this unit serves me a long time. I had a desktop (another brand) before, and it served me 8 years. Hoping for a lengthy service from this one!

I feel little bit problem in the touch. When I try to move the mouse item will be selected.need to touch very smoothly.

No problems with the computer, the only thing to consider would be the extra expense of a docking station if you want a second monitor or don't want to ise wireless.

Compared to mac book purchased shortly before, I prefer this one. Easy to use. Versatile.

I was looking for a laptop that for my parents that they can use for day to day stuff. All of my laptops are Lenovo so for day to day use this is performing well.

this laptop is the best i’ve ever had and boy have I blown through many. perfect for college, I use microsoft onenote and hand write all my notes for all classes. I love that I can download lecture powerpoints, put them in onenote, then write on them. it’s so much more organized and saves so much paper. Only downfalls are you need to learn to life ur palm as you write - it will mess up what you’re writing. Needs to be fixed, perhaps a stylus mode where the screen ignores other touches if already being touched elsewhere? also another bummer is there are no cases to wear on it during usage. like Macs have tons of cases, and their laptops aren’t anywhere near as delicate as this. I cracked the screen once, I believe someone shut it while something was on the keyboard, $220 fix without insurance. I also think that while in tablet mode, if you’re holding it, it feels very unnatural to be pressing the keyboard. took me forever to get used to using tablet mode without thinking the keyboard would still be clickable. I knew it wouldn’t be but it just feels weird. however this laptop is fast, good looking, has a large nice screen, the hinge is pretty sturdy and has full rotation. wish they could make it unclip from the keyboard without downgrading to a more tablet like software experience, keeping the performance of a laptop

I bought this for my wife for the PC functions and the nice size screen to be used as a reader and she didn't complain about any of its features. First time ever !

This laptop was in the mid- range price. I like the thin design. I had a Tosiba , which I really liked. The Lenova is supposed to be comparable. It’s pretty close

I picked this up from the open-box section and the first laptop I had contained a defective WiFi card. This one however was the same model and works like a charm.

I love this computer. Really fast downloads and turning on and off. Light weight

Good computer for home use. Does not have face recognition which salesperson told me it did. Needs more USB ports.

Great laptop, I bought two and we use them everyday. Battery life is exceptional and the laptop is great for work and for home use. I use many web based applications and it functions very well with the applications. Only negative thing is it does not have a 10 number key pad and the keyboard is a little small.

Slim and light, good sound, box it came in had slight damage but it was packed safely. Great discount on black Friday. Not a gaming but for your 60s parents

the laptop has worked great other than the internet connection taking an unreasonable amount of time to react..
