Easy Setup and very fast

We’re thrilled with it. Setup was super easy and it’s really fast. Perfect for school and streaming videos. Lightweight and thin makes it easy to transport.

Saw pictures of the hinge problem, but that's just a matter of using the computer correctly. Wanted to have this picked up by a student at the store in Honolulu -- remote pick up worked perfectly.

The only issue I’ve found is some web pages won’t load. I’ve done some research and have found it’s no fault of the laptops, but rather the coding for certain web pages isn’t up to date with the newer software/OS on this laptop.

It works amazingly. I love being able to flip from touch screen to laptop mode. Having Cortana on the computer as an assistant is a bonus! It is fast and the overall look is sleek!

Touch screen very sensitive

I can't tell if it is the computer or the internet on the speed issue so I'll admit it may not be the unit.

Posted .With regard to the touch sensitivity of the screen, try using the touch screen when you are not on the internet. See if the problem persists. If it does not, that would mean your internet connection and/or the web site may be the issue.

There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

This computer was needed for video editing among the day to day use of surfing the web. Not the top of the line when it comes to video editing for a computer but this more then handles the job. For the money it is a great deal due to the touchscreen and being a 2-in-2. The only drawback is that there is no disc drive for DVD/CD.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Yoga 710-15. If you need a CD/DVD drive, you can use an external CD/DVD drive with this system by just plugging the external drive into a USB port on this device and loading any drivers that come with the drive to the computer.
