Very Nice Yoga 2-in-1

Looked for a replacement for our very good HP Pavilion laptop and after looking at HP's was suggested that I look at this 2-in-1 with 256GB SSD hard drive. Good build quality except touch pad stopped working. Curser moved but click/taps did not. Found pad to be loose & had to press hard around pad to reseat. Fixed problem. Unit is light, slim and easy to use. Boots up quickly. Only 2 USB ports and 1 needed for external optical drive. Micro HDMI port requires adapter to connect to Full size HDMI or VGA input on display devices. Also, it went on sale the following week and was able to get price adjusted. It has since been replaced by the Yoga 720. Still a very nice machine for the money.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Yoga 710-15. With regard to the touchpad, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left of your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad. If you need more USB ports for this device, you might want to consider using a USB hub with this device.

It doubles as a tablet making it very easy to sit anywhere and use as a normal computer. The media player is outstanding with great resolution and great sound.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This was a black Friday buy and I wanted to wait to see how I felt about it after using it for a few months but now I can say that this laptop is amazing. It only takes a day or two to get used to the size of the shift key (smaller than usual) and you get the hang of opening the laptop quickly too since it is a little hard to get a grip at first. I always have numerous tabs open along with a powerpoint or two and a word document and it never has a problem. The laptop-tablet switch is nice, moves smoothly and I don't have to worry about the hinges snapping. The size of the laptop is big but that just makes watching Netflix easier and I don't mind lugging it around since it doesn't actually feel that heavy. SO yeah, perfect for me
