Best performance for dollar laptop around

I thought it might be cheap and low quality. I was replacing an HP which I've always had problems with. This has outstanding performance and quality for cost. If you want the high performance and affordable go with this model. The only other laptop I would wasn't over this is a Surface Pro but I'm not willing to pay that for a few extra features and the brand name.

Good laptop, with specs I need, for the price.

I have small hands with short fingers, and the reach with the left pinky to the shift key is a stretch. Often I tap the PgUp/arrow up key rather than the shift key, which can be frustrating when the cursor has then jumped up a line when typing.

You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.

Great laptop

The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because I wish it was a little smaller and also when I bought it brand new whenever I plug in my headphones the sound still plays through the speakers. So I’m going to take it in and see what the problem is but other than that, I love it!

The first one of this model was bad, which I returned without any issues. I did purchase another one because being a consultant, I see things can happen with anything. As a general rule, I recommend Asus and Lenovo laptops. This time I went with the Asus.

Posted .This is a high performance system with its Intel Core i-5-7200U processor, 8GB of RAM and a 256GB solid state hard drive. It will generate heat whenever it is turned on, even at idle, this is normal. The onboard fan will maintain the proper operating temperature for the device.
