I am not a heavy computer user and mainly use proprietary software, the internet, and office programs. I was not looking for a fancy laptop. Was not sure I really needed or wanted a touchscreen, but I love it. No mouse necessary. Startup and shut down is a matter of seconds. The battery lasts all day. The only complaint I have is the placement of the right sided shift key--it should be one key to the left. I keep hitting the up arrow instead of shift.

I like the features of this computer except I wish it had numerical keypad on right side. The windows 10 takes a little getting used to from windows 7. Overall I think it was a good investment.

I purchased my laptop several weeks ago and I love the solid state drive. It is fast and it seems to be a well built machine. The only complaint I have is the battery life could be longer.

I really like the light thin streamline design and the solid state drive. I don't like the smaller Shift key on the right side of the keyboard. Cortana's features help make up for this.

Very fast operating speeds, many nice features, operating system works well with touch screen. Overall, great performer in the 15 inch screen size model. Very happy with my purchase, also be sure to protect it and get a good travel case.

I was a little uneasy about purchasing this item, but after receiving it i love it. Other than the memory it comes with, that can easily be expanded with the purchase of a hard drive. Also it's pretty fast and responsive. :) good laptop.

Boots and runs everything fast. Fingerprint reader works consistently. The only issue is the keyboard layout, it has a truncated right shift key which takes some time to get use to.

I love this laptop! I bought it to replace my old Lenovo yoga and it's a huge improvement from my last model. Beautiful screen, responsive touch, perfect size. It's a little heavy, but it feels sturdy and well made. It's super fast too!

Good solid laptop for the price and the fact I didn't need it to do anything to fancy. Con - Shift key is one button offset from the usual location. Just have to get used to it.

The touch screen makes it easier to work on assignments and the multitasking feature is fantastic. Also, the laptop flips and converts into a “tablet” which is perfect when you want to watch Netflix instead of doing your assignments!

Have had the 710 about 3 weeks. So far machine working fine no problems at all. Fast system. Mainly using it as laptop.wife had to get accustomed to no #'s pad but copping. Machine is quiet, good looking and efficient. Very pleased. It can do a lot of things.the 8 gig is fast enough for my purposes as I am not a pro and was looking to up grade my 8 yr. Old acer. The touch screen is cool to use when I think about it still using the mouse. Geek squad did a good job setting it up for me. They took out all the bloat were.

The product is easy to use and lightweight. It is my first time purchasing or using this product. I am impress with the design and performance of the Lenovo laptop. This product is exactly as describe in the Best Buy website.

I love this laptop! I purchased it with the intent of replacing my old laptop for a slimmer lightweight version for school and it’s perfect! I love the touch screen option and it loads everything when I’m online really fast.

Nothing spectacular about this budget machine, but I guess for the price, it was worth the purchase. There were a few issues with the WiFi card originally, but those seemed to have gone away after some system updates. I don't personally like touch screens very much as I tend to touch things accidentally when showing people things on my screen. However, I do like the convertible ability of this computer when I want to have a tablet, or "tent" the computer to watch a movie. The specs are fairly average, so don't expect any high end gaming, but I mostly run MS Office and Adobe applications without too much trouble.

Hubby loves this laptop! Works out if his truck so definitely enjoys the lighter weight and especially the "stay cool" design (which comes from omitting the DVD player). Being that his laptops are usually bouncing around in his truck, this is a very nice feature which will (hopefully) give this devices a longer lifespan. Very fast and user friendly - the touchscreen and 360 makes up for the loss of numeric keyboard - he's had it for about a month now and is still bragging on it so I would definitely recommend!

This computer is fast and well built, I use it for editing my photos and so far I haven’t had any problems. I like thefact that I can use use it like a tablet also.

I got this laptop for my fiance who had been thinking about buying a yoga book for over a year but could never make himself spend the money. The night I bought it we realized something was wrong with the track pad. Geek squad was great and sent it out the next day for repairs. Now it works perfectly. However, while he likes the laptop and touchscreen, my fiance is less than impressed with the tablet function. It would be great on the smaller laptop, but the 15" is just too big and having it in tablet mode is almost pointless, because it is too bulky and cumbersome to handle like a normal tablet.

I reviewed many different laptops and knew I wanted to go with Lenovo, this laptop has been easy to use, it is very quick and responsive and does just about everything I needed to do.I am very happy with my purchase.

Like the SSDrive, excellent screen pics, poor location and size of right hand shift key.

With a solid state drive the performance of this laptop is outstanding. I did need to adjust the mouse sensitivity. It is very lightweight and sleek in Design
