If you are not getting close to 8 hours battery life, be sure you have no unwanted programs running in the background, draining your battery. Additionally, to extend battery life, try changing your power management setting to a more conservative one. You can do this in the control panel, in the power management category on your system. Select a more conservative power management setting to extend battery life.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Yoga 710-15. With regard to the right shift key issue you mention, there is a free software APP called KeyTweak that may help you. You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.

Disappointed with the material and quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.To my understanding, Lenovo produces pretty good laptop but I'm very disappointed with my recent purchase. The design and color (gray/black) got my attention but it is a horrible in terms of fingerprints on the sleeve and it is pretty hard to clean it. More importantly, the screen had a serious backlight bleeding all around the bottom part. I compared the screen of both Yoga 710 (15 in) and Yoga 720 (13 in) and this machine has a yellowish screen light with respect to very clear and bright picture in the Yoga 720. There is no USB C on this model. The location of the "shift key" on Yoga 710 is a bit weird but I really liked the touchpad and the keyboard. For those reasons, I returned it and got a Yoga 720 (15 in) core i7 (just $50 more expensive) which unfortunately has light bleeding on the screen as well.

We are leased you chose the Yoga 720-15 as your replacement. With regard to the image light issues you are having, there may be driver updates for your specific system. Follow the link below to look for new driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. You can do this by just typing "restore point" in the search window within Cortana and follow the link to create a restore point. Here is the link:

It was lightweight and it fit perfectly in my bookbag, the touch screen was a plus. It didn't last long, the screen turns completely white randomly. The screen glitches on it's own and I can no longer rely on this laptop for school. I was in the middle of taking a test online, and the screen kept going on and off. I'm very dissapointed with this laptop and don't recommend it.
