1st lap top for my daughter easy to use and fast. great

I was very impressed with this laptop that we bought in open box. Only needed a charge cord off amazon and it was all set to go. Got an amazing price on it. Thanks best buy!

I especially love the lighted keyboard which was the main criteria I was looking for. My techie daughter helped me select the other items of importance (memory, etc.). I do have one buyer's remorse. I wish I had looked at and played on the keyboard more. The right hand shift key is TOTALLY in the wrong place. The page up arrow key is where the shift key should be for those of us who were taught "touch typing" back in the old days. Whenever I need to capitalize a letter that is on the left-hand side of the keyboard, which requires the right shift, about as often as not, I hit the page up, and my cursor is not where I want to be. Hopefully I will adjust at some point. But it is an aggravation now. If I had noticed that, I would not have bought this computer; I would have bought the other one I was looking at. Oh, well. But after $800, it is too bad to have it be wrong! The lighted keyboard has been a lifesaver while my husband was in a darkened hospital room, however. I can almost forgive this keyboard's misplaced shift key because it is lighted. And you should have an "I don't know" choice on the next "I would recommend" question below.

It's the best laptop/tablet. Very fast and big screen.

I initially came to BestBuy to buy an Apple laptop. I really wanted the laptop just to have but also because I like playing the Sims games. I wanted enough storage to store pictures and videos. The employee talked me into buying this computer and I'm glad he did. Not only did I save a ton of money but this computer can do the exact same things the Apple can. I had never heard of this brand but I am absolutely in love with it!

The computer boots up so quickly. Love having a touchscreen. Made doing my taxes so much easier.

I love my Lenovo Yoga so far. Previously I bought a Dell laptop and after about 8 months the keyboard stopped working. Dell said it was a virus, but everyone I had look at it, including The Geek Squad, said it was a hardware problem, but no one could fix it. NO more Dell products for me! They do not back their products. So, I tried this Lenovo and it has performed better than I had hoped. I am very glad I purchased it.

Fast and reliable. Haven't had any problems. Touch screen works great and turns into tablet!

I wish it had a numeric keypad. It has a lot of good funictions for minor gaming and I use it as a teacher a lot

Couldn't be happier with this PC. Very quick and very easy to use. Love the tablet feature.

My main complaint is that the right shift key is too far away for the pinky to reach it and I have to look every time I want to shift with my right hand. The shift and end keys should be switched with the page up and page down keys to make it more user friendly. I also can't print easily from edge in some instances.

I bought my computer for online classes and absolutely love the computer. The fingerprint scanner is flawless, the illuminated keyboard is excellent, and processing speed is amazing, and it is overall a great computer. Being in medical school I need to study by labeling diagrams and the ability to turn the computer into a tablet and draw on my diagrams that way is unbelievably helpful. Just a great computer!!!!

I am not one who can get into the great details about gigabytes, and ram, and processors, and all of the comparisons, and what have you. I know a tiny bit, but not enough to really enjoy a good debate. It's been 2+ years since I bought this laptop. Granted I do not use it heavily or on a daily basis. There are times I will not use it for two or three months in a row. But every single time I do use it, it's speedy, the picture is beautiful, everything loads quickly and with no issues, even outside of my homes pretty good Wi-Fi speed. Even though it has the "flip over" capabilities i.e. yoga I've never really used it like that. I've just kept it like a regular laptop set up. I've had no problem connecting to my iTunes and using iTunes heavily, connecting a few different iPhones and using them, printer set up, blog set up, etc. etc. everything you do normally and then some has been a dream with this machine

Very fast, light, perfect screen size, sharp clear resolution. Great camera and audio.

My previous laptop was a macbook Air that I had owned for 6 years. After it died, I was looking for a laptop that was just as fast, but slightly more durable. This laptop is working very well, it is just as fast as my Macbook Air was. The Geek SQuad protection plan is a great complement to this and I would recommend this product. I use this laptop for internet browsing, email, and Microsoft Office.

Fast and looks lightweight. Great little machine with great quality graphics and video.

I wanted to get a 2 in 1 but wanted good quality sound, a machine I can do some gaming on, and something light. This laptop has met all of my expectations and I was able to get it on sale which was also great. I would highly recommend it to you if you are looking for something to use for a mix of things knowing that not all of the newest games may not work but games over the past couple of years will.

my granddaughter loves her new laptop!! It is lighgtweight and loads programs so fast!
