The Best Buy salesperson was extremely helpful in reviewing other options, but it quickly became clear this one was the best one for me. Love the fingerprint security capability. Super fast computer.

It's been a great laptop so far. The SSD makes for really fast boot ups. This laptop packs a lot of features for the money and should allow for years of growth as well.

Great Touch-Screen laptop

Waled in best Buy for the second time of looking at the same lap top. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The lap top is so light weight i wanted the smaller one but glad i got this one.

With regard to the right shift key issue you mention, there is a free software APP called KeyTweak that may help you. You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.

There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

This would make a good gaming laptop if I were into games. The geforce graphics are very quick. Not for graphic intensive games but it does well.
