Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Yoga 710-15. With regard to the touchpad, you can make adjustments to the touchpad in your system settings. You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom left your Windows 10 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad.

The only problem I am having is that when he wants to use it as a tablet, he cannot download Google Play apps. He can only download Microsoft apps. I have tried to install a "bridge" app called Bluestacks, but so far I have had nothing but problems. So GREAT as a laptop, but NOT SO GREAT as a tablet.

If you force download Android APPs on to the system you could cause a major problem for the Windows operating system. Even though the system is in tablet mode, it is still using Windows as its operating system. You should not download anything from the Google Play Store on to this device.

Looked up reviews and specs later to verify that I was getting what I paid for and it has exceeded all of my expectations. I began to learn how to code on this laptop as well as game and have no issues running programs. My only thing that kind of sort of gets to me if I really pay attention to is that it leaves prints on the cover. Which well, not a deal breaker for the quality of this laptop.

If just making adjustments doesn't correct the issue, it may be a drive that needs to be updated. Follow the link below to look for new mouse and keyboard driver updates for your specific system. You can also run diagnostics from the Lenovo site as well. As always, be sure to create a restore point on your system before you make any changes. You can do this by just typing "restore point" in the search window within Cortana and follow the link to create a restore point. Here is the link:

This computer started separating from the bezel, and looked like the screen was about to break. Since I was past my 30 day return period, I called Lenovo customer service to see if I could get my laptop repaired, and boy, has it been a nightmare. It's been 2 weeks, and they still haven't shipped a box for me to send in the computer! Ridiculous. They said it would take 3 days for the box to arrive. I called again, still no box, still no box. If this is the kind of business lenovo is running, I would never recommend them to anybody. Worst customer experience ever.

our first SSD laptop

His (mine) will be our main business computer but I don't yet have Office on it. No problems the little bit I've used it. I am NOT a typist, so the shift key doesn't bother me...never use the right-side SHIFT. I'm concerned about the jacks where the power and audio cords plug in. They both are quite stiff, especially the audio. I use the laptop for sound source in my music studio console, so the audio jack is critical to me. Hoping it holds up.
