Posted .With regard to the right shift key issue you mention, there is a free software APP called KeyTweak that may help you. You can switch the key functions of specific keys on your keyboard with this software, so you could change the right shift key with the key you hit in its place. Just Google search "KeyTweak" and you will find articles about what the software does and you will find the download location for this free APP.

The rest of it worked fine, I found I just liked the surface pro 4 better, easy

He was far more helpful and knowledgeable, than anyone in the Geek Squad! He helped me with a problem I was having with my year subscription of Microsoft Office, the Geek Squad and the Manager couldn't help me and told me there was nothing I could do about it. Bryant told me what to do and that guy deserves a raise!

Great computer for the cost.

The 2 in 1 feature is very handy for presentations. Resolution is crisp. The only negative I see so far is that the battery life is not as long as stated. We got about 6 hours instead of 9.

Among many things, he was computer savvy. I needed to get a new computer and do it on my own. I went to Best Buy and found everyone extremely helpful. It is now MY number one store when I need anything electronic as I know I will get individualized help with purchases and help with it afterwards.
