Started out a swell little computer. I got used to not having a keypad, but just a couple of months after purchase, only half of the function keys worked. I got that fixed at about the 7 month period, I started experiencing the screen turning a faint yellowish color and fading in and out. About 11 months, the right hand shift and c quit working. This entire time, I have been unable to do a system restore - never had this problem with WIN7 or WIN8. A couple months passed, it was then a year old, the g and h quit working. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't...and the apostrophe along with the ESC button to F6 do not work. F7 to DELETE works just fine. I have uninstalled and reinstalled said keyboard. I have not dropped it or spilled anything on it. You just can't type with all the letters not working, and using a combo of the on screen keyboard and laptop keyboard just does not work very well. This was my first Lenovo, recommended by the sales associate, my cousin, and it will be my last. Very Disappointing.

Beautiful display, love the conversion to tablet, found some of the Microsoft standard programs, views, apps to be a little obnoxious but functions well

Computer is easy to use and is fairly fast. I use it mostly to browse the internet and to use beachbody on demand. So far it hasn't disappointed me!

This laptop was great but broke a couple of times. Had the geek squad warranty but they totalled it out after the second repair. They honored the warranty by crediting the purchase price toward another. I replaced it with a different Lenovo. I gave 4 stars because it was great when it was not broken & also Geek Squad stood by their warranty. I wouldn't really be comfortable recommending this product.

this was my first laptop purchased.after the sales rep went and answered all my questions,and showed me other brands.he was very helpful showing the features of the lenovo that worked better for me.

Near perfect computer and tablet combination. The only issue is with the battery life. When running mor demanding programs it drains quickly.

The fan runs constantly! Even when no applications are running, you can still hear it whirring away. Will be returning this loud laptop. It's quite a shame because the keyboard, trackpad, and screen seem to be of good quality.

Good choice for an on the go student graduate student. My son is pleased with the performance and the flexibility of this dual threat tool.

Good laptop for anyone .. daily use for work or school it will excel .. you can game on it but not fully recommend for a gaming laptop

This is our first touch screen computer so it has taken a little bit of time to get used to it. So far we are pleased with it performance.

I had a very good experience purchasing the computer. The sales people were so nice and patient and answered all my questions. I have even been in there after my purchase to ask a few questions!!

Overall it's a good laptop but my one big complaint is that the fan gets very loud whenever I use it

I based my purchase on reviews I read. Big mistake! The font changes for no reason. The keyboard is possessed. I am basically stuck with this $800 piece if plastic. I need a butter knife to even open it. I came from amother Lenovo thinking I couldn't go wrong. By was I wrong.

I have three kids so this works super well with all the functions it offers. I download all their favorite app and the kids tell Cortana which one they want to use. Talk about peace of mind!

I had a Lenovo twist a few years ago and it went through several hard drives. I like this unit, but still fear the same could happen.

Bought this for my sister because she wanted a two in one laptop and she likes it. She wanted something fairly light but with a big screen and this is both. Specs are pretty good as well.

Love the computer. Didn't like how it didn't have wifi software preinstalled but found a way around it. Over all amazing product

I needed a new computer to process photos as I am anot amateur photographer and I am extremely pleased with my 2 in 1 laptop. It is super fast and I lover the tablet conversion feature.

So far this computer has been great. Hooked up USB gigabit adapter and now I can take advantage of my gigabit internet speeds!!!

First problem: 20days after I bought it, I noticed a crack on the edge of the screen, and the screen got separated from the screen frame. When I went to the best buy store, an agent said it's a typical lenovo problem... It was sent out to Lenovo for repair first. But luckily, after two weeks, they finally agreed to replace it with a new computer. 2nd problem: The SHIFT button on the right is too far away
