In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Be sure the game you have installed is compatible with Windows 10 and this specific device configuration. We recommend you check with the specific game's software publisher's web site for their compatibility with Windows 10 Home 64-bit operating system and the minimum/recommended hardware requirements (Is a Graphics card required, the processor speed and the minimum required system RAM and the minimum available hard drive space) to run their program, then compare those requirements to this system's configuration. The Yoga 720-12 has an onboard fan that should be able to maintain the optimum temperature for system efficiency, under normal usage. lenovo

    Terrible laptop- DO NOT BUY

I've owned this laptop for a year. I only use it to browse the internet and watch movies. It had always been slow if you have too many tabs open or try to do more than 1 thing at once. But now, I can only use it to browse the internet because it's pretty much unusable for movie watching. It lags and the sound always has static in the background. I restart the laptop but it only gets better for about 15-20 minutes, then starts doing it again. Save yourself the headache and money by spending more on a better quality laptop. I'm very dissatisfied with the laptop. The only pros is that it's small and lightweight and the volume can get pretty high when it was still working. All in all, stay away and do not buy.

I looked up the ratings on this laptop and found that it was the #1 rated laptop by an internet tech site. I purchased it along with a maintenance plan. It just did not work for me. I had trouble transferring my bookmarks from my last laptop even though I thought it was done by Geek Squad. Then I could not get the unit to turn on. I think it was just a dud. I took it back and got a full refund-no hassles. Veru good business practice.

Bought this product on advice of sales guy. Got it home and curser stopped working. Spent hours reading articles on line about it. No fix. Called Lenovo. Fellow on phone confirmed it is an issue Lenovo knows of won't fix. Took it back and they tried to upsell to a pricier Lenovo model that apparently doesn't come with defective curser. Stay away. Were nice about return tho.

We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Lenovo Yoga 720-12. This system is equipped with OneKey Recovery System. There is a very small pin hole on the right side of the device, right near the power button on the device. You will need a pin to push this reset button. Plug the device in. Let the battery charge for about 15 minutes. Push the reset button. The system should boot to a choice screen where you can choose "Restore To Factory Default". Select this. It will delete everything from the hard drive except the original factory install of the operating system. You will need to reinstall all programs and files after the reset. If you don't have copies of the files, try to make one before you restore by selecting "Boot to desktop" and trying to back up your files. Be sure any programs you are installing on the device are compatible with Windows 10. If the problem persists after the factory reset, we recommend you contact Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686. lenovo

If you allow this laptop to go into sleep mode...ex. no activity for approximately 5 minutes and then touch mouse pad to wake laptop up your cursor will disappear. You will then be required to “restart” your laptop in order for your cursor to reappear. By the way, I tried everything the internet posted to try to recover my cursor. NOTHING WORKED! THIS HAPPENS EVERY TIME! SUPER FRUSTRATING!!

The Samsung sound bar mysteriously cut in and out, which is apparently a common problem. I wanted the best sound quality so I invested in 2 new HDMI cables to try to solve the issue, which did not help at all. So I talked to someone at the store who was ZERO help, so I returned the sound bar. What a waste
