Good laptop

Battery life is good, but sometimes the battery percentage indicator does not display the correct amount of battery time left. There is only one USB port, which hasn't been a problem yet, but would have preferred if there were more.

Posted .Thank you for choosing the Lenovo Yoga 720-12. With regard to the battery indicator, it may be a software update that is needed. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. Concerning more USB ports, if you need more USB ports, you may want to consider using a USB Hub with this device.

This is super easy and I have a PowerPoint open on one side and my onenote open on the other in class. Super easy to copy and paste and make super good notes! I got the bamboo pen and I can write on my notes. Also there are a ton of drawing/painting apps if you are artistic . Easily folds over to become a tablet, and the speakers are nice and loud so When I am showing presentations to other students they can easily hear it, even in noisy areas.

Perfect Laptop

I use this laptop for school, work and to keep up with my children's virtual schooling progress. This computer was recommended to me by my brother who works in the tech field and knows everything about computers. I would recommend to anyone who has a busy life and needs to multi-task. This computer is fast and so far I haven't had any issues. I usually like to wait a while to write reviews to make sure there are no issues with my purchase and so far I have to say none.

They have the next model up that has the 256 GB hard disk and 8 GB of ram, whereas this particular unit that I purchased for myself has 128 and 4 respectively and only an i3 processor. I personally cannot tell the difference in speed between mine and theirs. So, I'm happy with this one for me. It's not a gaming laptop, but it's great for everything else. Also, I purchased it Open Box for $314, and it looked like new.

Other then those issues it’s a good laptop.

Good product but is it safe?

I have major concerns about safety to use it when it's plugged in . When charger is plugged in, it generates an electric field ( E-field) of ~ 300V/m . The safe operation 40 V/m . It's in my opinion unsafe to use even for adults as we tend to stay many hours in front of the PC every day . It appears to be the charger at fault but I am not sure if that is the case as when I unplug the charger the E-field close to the laptop is under the threshold limit and the charger only generates an E-field of about 200V/m. Please review the safety of the chargers supplied with these products. The laptop itself is really great and if this issue is fixed would be a 4.5 star product
