Handy little laptop with great screen image

This latest one is super thin, light, and fast. The only downside is that it has only one USB port. Since I use a wireless mouse, I have to unplug it in order to use a thumb drive or other accessory. A plus is that it uses the new "C" plug with the charger.

This laptop is sufficient for these uses; however, it does not perform well with heavy duty video games.

Easy to use for a novice like me, and many extras that I did not have on my previous old laptop. Very pleased with it and the guidance from the Best Buy associate who helped me select this laptop.

Amazing Laptop

Customer service was amazing, he helped with the software installation.

Bright touch screen. Perfect size between the too small for me 11 inch and too big for me 15 inch- which are the typical sizes for laptops.
