This is a small, easy to carry and maneuver. It was easy free set up at Best Buy. Extremely easy to use. I wasted no time getting back to using a computer. I expected to have to relearn but not the case. It works wonderful. I highly recommend this computer. It is small, light, and has every feature a bigger computer would have.

Upon buying the laptop, I hated the constant turning on of the cooling fan. At first, the only way to control the fan was to install a third party fan control program and an update to v1.78? in a July BIOS update. However, the laptop became slower and sometimes uncomfortable on the lap due the excessive heat the laptop now produced. It was not until updating to BIOS v2.02 (about one month later) in which the computer stayed cool under heavy multitasking, had no thermal throttling, and produced significantly better battery life compared to the first few days.

My old computer crashed and I need a solid replacement as soon as possible. The new Lenovo works just as I had hoped - it is fast, portable, and easy to use. Touch screen and tablet conversion work very well.

I bought this Lenovo to replace another Lenovo model that I had to send away to get repaired for work. When the old model came back I stuck with this computer because it was lighter, slimmer, and quicker to use. I would recommend this computer to anyone. It also helps that I got a great deal through the open box buy.

Needed laptop to travel with. This is perfect size. It also weighs next to nothing so carrying it on plane is wonderful. The Solid State really starts programs fast. Love this and the mouse for traveling

Nice design, like the ability to use as a tablet, easy to use. Only 1 USB port and no card reader so need to purchase accessories. Good road warrior laptop, lightweight and nice screen display.

Very happy with this laptop. I held off buying the 710 model based on a few concerns in reviews & am glad I waited. Lenovo improved the 720- keyboard shift key misplacement resolved & no fan issues. The 13 inch size is just what I wanted and keyboard span is comfortable for my smaller hands. Battery life is very good at 6-8 hrs (though not spectacular like the Lenovo 910 at 10-12 hrs). Trackpad is so smooth I've given up the mouse. Minor cons: Wish they would have kept the SD card slot. Bottom gets warmer than I'd like on bare legs but not burning. Fingerprint recognition for sign in not consistently reliable. I got some improvement after trying other fingers.

Purchased this laptop for my son to start college this year, so far seems to be fantastic. Lite and fast, no problem at all. Although, it has been only 2 months since we purchased it.

Great versatile computer for a graduate student. Easy to take notes with dual screen feature, and Windows INK. Sleek, light, and easy to type on overall - spacing for backspace key is a bit far-reached - would recommend trying out in person for comfortability versus other computers.

Great 2 in 1. Lenovo is a solid brand and t was a reasonable price after the student discount. My daughter likes the very long battery life and the option for laptop or tablet mode.
