Had this computer for almost a year would not recommend it. Its loud as blow horn when you're browsing on the web with one tab open. I dont even do intensive stuff like hard gaming and the computer is soo loud. It is highly embarrassing in class. I thought the reviews before were lying or taking it to the extreme but its true. DO NOT BUY A LOUD FAN! I really hope I can trade this in for something else soon.

I bought this laptop in store exactly 40 days ago. Today it stopped charging. Completely out of the blue, nothing happened. It charged yesterday, today it didn't. Took it to the store, they said they would have to send it back to the manufacturer to get repaired (charging port?) and it could take 3 weeks to return. Complete piece of trash.

We are sorry to hear that you are having an issue charging your Lenovo Yoga 720-13. There was a recent Windows 10 update that may be the cause of the issue. First, to a system check. This device has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating software up to date. This includes software controlling the battery. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window. Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. Second. If the system update does not fix the problem, Here is a link to instructions for resetting a non-removable battery. If you need further assistance, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686. Here is the link:  https://www.techwalla.com/articles/how-to-reset-a-laptop-battery lenovo

I’ve spent more time without this laptop than with it since I bought it. The screen has been fixed 3 times and still isn’t working.
