great all purpose laptop

I love the size and weight of this laptop and it's a touch screen. Great it has more than one USB port and ease to plug in an external drive or SD card reader. For a college student. I'd spend the money on this one. I got a great deal through Best Buy's student discount coupons and holiday sales. Love it!

Tablet version is awesome - very quickly goes from laptop to tablets. Solid state drive is very quick - almost an instant startup. No more waiting for machine to boot up. Need to get work done - turn machine on and you are ready to go. Get one. You will not regret it!

Posted .This system should be an extremely fast system with its Core I-7 processor, 8GB of RAM and its 256GB solid state hard drive. Be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 10. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You may need to restore your system to original factory default settings if any of the programing errors have occurred. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom left of your Windows 10 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I love my new Lenova laptop, I recently had the 710, which I liked too but this one is much better, happy to have the left shift key in the right spot and the power button much easier to find and turn on. Not sure yet of the battery life which is why I give it a 4 star. For the most part this was an excellent choice, I would suggest to a friend.
