Plenty fast even with light gaming. Only thing is the power button on the side is easy to bump by accident... just set it to do nothing instead of sleep.

They really seem to like them and have not had issues with them. One laptop is over a year old, the other is only a few months, but seems to be working fine.

The performance is spot on as you would expect given the specs.The only downside which is why I gave it four instead of five stars is the lack of ports.

I miss the number pad that I had on my last computer, but I can buy an add-on if I do some serious number work

Good solid laptop, fast, good keyboard

So far build quality is good and it boots in a few seconds. no issues. May buy another with 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD.

This system ships with a 6CELL 72WH, Lithium Polymer battery, with a battery life of up to 9 hours, depending on the work that the device is performing. If you are getting substantially less battery life, be sure there are no unwanted programs running in the background, draining the battery. Here is a link to some tips for finding out what is draining your battery:

You can do this in the control panel, in the power management category on your system. Select a more conservative power management setting to extend battery life. Concerning the keyboard, this device has a full 15.6" sized QWERTY keyboard, without a 10-key numeric pad.

That was disappointing, empty box was enclosed. Returning to the store is out of the way and inconvenient as I travel quite a bit for work.

This is a high performance, ultra portable 2 in 1 system with its Quad-Core/Eight-Thread Intel Core i7-7700HQ processor, 8GB of RAM and a 256GB solid state hard drive. It will generate heat whenever it is turned on, even at idle, this is normal. The onboard fan will maintain the proper operating temperature for the device. You will hear the fan whenever it runs, this too is normal.
