No need to press hard on the reader, in fact pressing hard on the fingerprint reader will distort your fingerprint and cause read errors.

Posted .With regard to using your fingerprint reader on the Lenovo Yoga 730-15, try lightly sliding your finger over the fingerprint reader. No need to press hard on the reader, in fact pressing hard on the fingerprint reader will distort your fingerprint and cause read errors. The Yoga 730-15 is ultra portable and a 2 in 1 format. The Yoga 730-15 provides a full size 15.6-inch screen (screen size measured diagonally), but the overall device measurement are only: 14.17 x 9.80 x 0.68 inches and weighs just 4.17 lbs.
