It has a nice finish, but I'm a little worried about the hinge stability as the laptop wobbles when sitting flat in laptop mode. I wish you could toggle windows in tablet mode but again, not a huge issue. I haven't tried it with a pen yet, but I have high hopes! Great student laptop.

There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free.

Response is extremely quick. Set up was done by Best Buy and transfer of data did not seem to cause a loss of anything. I was able to quickly link my printer for wireless use. Battery recharges quickly and seems to allow for long use.

I don’t use any fancy computer programs, just Microsoft. And it work perfect for that. And I love that it turns into a tablet, it’s great for taking notes or streaming videos.

I chose the computer on her recommendation. It had everything she needed. She set it up very easy and said it was easy to use. She is very happy with it.

I do with that it had a number keypad so that it would be easier to type special characters with alt codes. It also lacks an SD card slot. Both omissions, I would assume were to keep the laptop as compact as possible.

The performance is great, and the keyboard is one of the best I tried. Screen is bright and clear. i7, SSD and 12 GB of RAM, nice combination!

Everything else with comparable specs were way out of my budget. So far I am very happy and haven’t had any issues. Very good bang for the buck!
