    My daughter wanted this laptop, we got it in July, had issues in about a month with screen flickering and charging system started not working so took it back, they offered new laptop but my kid wanted this one fixed so sent to manufacturer, got problems fixed, no charge as expected, kid says works perfectly now. My only issue was paying for an expensive computer and having issues right away. I am mixed about recommending to friends going to best buy since not our first issue with computers there.

You can maintain the health of the hardware and operating software on this device by using the Lenovo Utility software installed. This system has Lenovo utilities installed to help maintain the health of the device and keep the operating system software up to date. Type "Lenovo Vantage" in the Cortana Search window (if Lenovo Vantage is not installed on your device, you can download the APP and install it now). Select Lenovo Vantage from the list. In the window that opens, click on "Health and Support". In the expanded menu, select "Hardware Scan" In the window that opens, select "Run Quick Tests". This will scan your entire system for errors. Follow any directions that may pop up. If the problem continues after this scan, now click on "System Update". First select Windows update from the menu. Scan your system to be sure you have the latest version of Windows 10. Once that scan is complete, select "Additional Updates". This will scan your device to be sure there are no new BIOS/Driver updates needed. Follow any instructions that may pop up. If the issue still continues after these updates, we recommend you call Lenovo Tech Support at: 877-453-6686 for additional help. lenovo

    World of difference from my 8yo 17-inch laptop. Solid state is lightning-fast, touch screen is great, and looking forward to have fun with stylus and 3D Powerpoint. This is as good as it gets in 2018.

There are hundreds for free instructional videos there about Windows 10. Just type Windows 10 Introduction in to the YouTube search window. You can watch free videos there that will show you the basics all the way up to tips and tricks videos and they're all free. lenovo

    Wanted a laptop that wasn't too expensive & this fit the bill. It's still powerful enough to do what I want, mainly Microsoft Office & Quicken. I do miss having a numeric keypad though!

    the Lenovo Yoga 730 has been top-notch so far. Easy to use and configure, no worries about hardware. Only knock is the glare/reflection off the screen but that's to be expected with this product.

With regard to learning your way around Windows 10, you may want to try YouTube.com (just type that address in your browser address window).     This laptop replaced a microsoft surface that crapped out just shy of 2 years after we bought it. This computer is head and shoulders over the surface in every respect.

    Did not give 5 stars because Wi-fi connection kept dropping. After calling Tech support at Lenovo, they suggested sending in for repair. Turns out that the NEWER driver for the network card was the problem. Downloaded the previous version and is working great (after googling the issue) Did not need repair after all. Lenovo has no clue about the driver.

    I really love it. It’s wide and light and i7 core just perfect. I use it for school and I’m a junior. I actually accidentally hit it with my bike lock and it has a bent but omg the screen didn’t break or damage works perfect. I’m going to get it fixed but it’s a great laptop. I don’t like using it in tablet because of the finger prints. Also you need to update it always so you can use it in tablet more for rotation and the brightness. The camera is okay. The finger print works sometimes but not all the times.
