Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We’re disappointed to hear you’re experiencing issues with your Yoga 7a, and we’d be happy to help resolve this. These behaviors often stem from power settings, driver conflicts, or hardware wake‑up issues.
We recommend starting in Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options. Select your active plan, choose Change plan settings, then change advanced power settings. Under Sleep, set Allow wake timers and Allow wake to power button to Enabled. Next, expand Advanced settings and set Fast Startup to Disabled.
Finally, please run all available driver updates through Lenovo Vantage and Windows Update, as outdated or corrupted drivers can cause this issue. In Lenovo Vantage, select Check for updates. In Windows Update, open Settings, choose Windows Update, and select Check for updates.
