This Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 7i 14, model number 82QE000LUS, ships with the latest, 12th Gen Intel Core i5-1235U Processor, with a total of 10-Cores (2-Performance Cores + 8-Efficient Cores) / with a total of 12-Threads, P-core base speed 1.3GHz / Turbo Boost Speed up to 4.4GHz, E-core base speed 0.9GHz / Turbo Boost Speed up to 3.3GHz, supported by 8GB Soldered LPDDR5-4800MHz RAM and a 512GB M.2 2242 PCIe 4.0x4 NVMe solid state hard drive. There is also a FHD 1080p + IR (Infrared with Windows Hello Facial Recognition Capability) webcam with Privacy Shutter and Dual Array Microphones, built in. If you are getting less than expect performance, be sure any software you installed is compatible with Windows 11. There is no need to install Microsoft Office software. The software is already part of the operating system, you just need to activate the software with a purchased product key. If you have installed a copy of Microsoft Office, this is conflicting with the existing copy on the system and this will slow your system down. If you have installed a 3rd party anti-virus program, be sure that Windows Defender is turned off and that the trial version of McAfee Anti-Virus software is uninstalled. There can only be one anti-virus program on the system. You can do that by typing "restore" in the Cortana search window. Just click on the magnifying glass icon at the bottom of your Windows 11 Desktop. Click on "Reset This PC" Then click on "Get Started" and follow the on screen directions to restore to factory defaults. This screen provides 100 Percent of the sRGB color gamut for excellent color accuracy. This screen is TÜV Low Blue Light and Dolby Vision Certified. This Yoga 7i 14 is powered by the 12th Gen, 10-Core Intel Core i5-1235U Processor (2-Performace Cores +8-Efficient Cores with a total of 12-Threads. the P-cores have a base speed of 1.3GHz / and a Turbo Boost Speed of up to 4.4GHz. The E-cores have a base speed of 0.9GHz / and a Turbo Boost Speed of up to 3.3GHz. This Yoga 7i 14 has a cooling intake vent on the bottom of the computer and rubber spacing feet on the bottom of the computer to allow space between the screen and keyboard when the computer is in Tablet Mode, to allow the normal flow of air in to the computer. There is a airflow out vent behind the keyboard area and under the screen for the proper outflow of air.
