The laptop was supposed to come in new condition. It actually came dusty, and no cleaned. That's fine. I accepted it as it's running and battery seemed new. 3 weeks have past and it suddenly has no sound. I cannot return, so I reached out to support. Instead of finding me a solution after asking me all the information which he, Agent Mohammed, could have gotten from my account, he presented support plans that require me to pay before "help". I really really thought I had a good deal on an Open Box - Excellent product from BEST BUY. Like, where else would I have trusted to buy an open box computer besides Best Buy? I am 100% disappointed. I would not recommend this product, and open box products from Best Buy. Don't go for it because you can regret all you want when this happens to you, but nothing will be done for your money spent on a malfunctioned product.

No issues with the hinges, but I also have no intention of ever flipping the screen beyond “laptop mode”. Fan does come on a little easily, but as long as my battery doesn’t start going out, I’m good.

Also used for Zoom calls and the microphone and picture quality are very good. This does well for just about any of the basic needs such as internet, emails, Office, etc.

Lenova customer assistance expected me to send my recipet to them after having already made an online profile so that i could access this information. They knew when the accou t was activated. The biggest issue though was after 7 days the laptop stopped charging. When i would travel from work to home i would loose about 2% of my batter amd when it got to 90% and never went back up even after being turned off 10 hours and charging the battery was still at 90%. That is an issue

If you need a copy of your receipt, we recommend contacting Best Buy customer service at this phone number for assistance with that: 1-888-237-8289 (1-888-BEST BUY). Regarding your charging issue, be sure battery charge threshold is turned off. This power management setting should only be used when the laptop is plugged in all the time. It will prolong overall battery life by only charging the battery to a percentage of its capacity. You can turn off battery charge threshold within the Lenovo Vantage app installed on this computer. In Vantage select Battery Settings and turn off battery charge threshold, if turned on. These updates can help resolve issues from operating system bugs to driver software improvements. If you didn’t have any updates that required a restart, it’s still a good idea to restart your device to make sure any pending updates are installed. A good laptop

Its quiet and cool at the most times. trackpad is a hit or miss. Not good as a MacBook, obviously. Camera has a physical slider to shutter which is cool.

You can get there by clicking on the magnifying glass at the bottom of your Windows 11 screen. Type "touchpad" in the search window. Select "Mouse & touchpad settings" from the list of choices. You can make general adjustments to the touchpad there. You can also select "Additional mouse options" for more detailed adjustments to the touchpad sensitivity by increasing the delay of the touchpad.
