Third they couldn’t do anything. Advised me to send back to Lenovo. Lenovo would not replace laptop. Only will do repairs. I’m sending it out this week. I’m not holding holding my breath for a good outcome.

I was still using my old laptop and didn't check it for a few weeks, which was my fault - after the return period ended, I opened the box and there was no charger as supposedly would be included. Please check your product shipping process better.
