The build quality of this laptop is fantastic. The 2 in 1 capabilities are great. And you pack that with intel evo and a 2.2k res screen you're getting a ton of value. The 2 reasons I can't give this device a 5/5 is because: - the 8gb ram is not expandable - there are alternatives for this device with an OLED panel.

Excellent speed, vibrant colors on screen, perfect for me keyboards touch. I had a bad experience with HP customer service that made me decide to never purchase another one and I love this much more than any of the HP Laptop’s I ever owned…thanks hp!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Computer is less than 3 yrs old, it was purchased new, and it is already having issues, black screen, although it seems it is turned on, sometimes it would start and sometimes it would not, sometimes it would try to recover the windows system. We tried to reset it, took it to Geeksquad and they can't even repair it. I tried to get a trade-in credit and Lenovo would only offer $16 usd. What a joke!!! Lenovo never again!

I had to send it off to their depot to get it fixed after 6 months and now it is has started not working again. A laptop that won't charge or stay charged is not a usable laptop.

Posted .We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your Intel Evo-Certified, Lenovo Yoga 7i 14, model number 82QE000LUS. This model configuration uses a standard USB-c format, Thunderbolt 4 (support data transfer, Power Delivery 3.0, and DisplayPort 1.4) port for charging the computer. This model ships with Windows 11 Home 64-bit Operating System installed which has Battery Saver Software installed to preserve the health and longevity of the Integrated 71Wh, Lithium-Polymer Battery within your Yoga 7i 14. Battery Saver Software will stop charging the battery once it reaches 100-percent battery charge to protect the battery from overcharging. If you place your cursor over the Battery Icon at the bottom right of your Windows Desktop Screen, you will see a message that states: Plugged In, Not Charging - once the battery is charged to 100 percent. This is normal and is good for the battery. Battery Saver will now let the battery drain to approximately 90 percent capacity, then begin trickle-charging the battery. You may find that if you are using the computer, the battery level actually continues to drop, as the trickle charging does not offset your power usage. Once the Battery level drops below 50 percent, the battery will now charge at normal speed using Lenovo Rapid Charge Express (get 3 hours of runtime with a 15-minute charge), to bring the battery charge level back to 100 percent. You can activate Lenovo Rapid Charge anytime by unplugging the charger from the computer and letting the battery level drop below 50 percent charge level. Now plug the charger back in and Lenovo Rapid Charge will give you 3 hours of battery charge in 15-minutes and charge your Yoga 7i 14 back to 100 percent capacity in approximately 2 hours, depending on the battery level at the time of charging.
