Screen keeps dimming intermittently.

I have tried all fixes that I could find online and YouTube but nothing has worked. I don't know what to do. It happens when it is plugged in as well.

This sounds like the auto brightness setting is turned on and that some change in the ambient lighting in the room or something in front of the light sensor or based on what the screen is displaying is diming your screen. Here is a link to more information about auto brightness control within Windows 11 and how to turn it off: https://www.groovypost.com/howto/turn-off-or-manage-auto-brightness-on-windows-11/ If auto brightness is already turned off on your computer, now check your Power Management settings for what you have set the computer to do under battery power. Check your Power Management settings to see if the computer is currently setup to dim the screen when on battery power if the power level dims below a certain power level.
