It said Windows update available, I downloaded the update and did the restart when prompted. It never restarted. I am being told a hardware failure.

The first one experienced a system board failure within 18 months, and Lenovo refused to cover it under warranty and wanted about $500 to repair. The second one has num-lock and trackpad failures. Both laptops have been unreliable, and I would not recommend them to anyone."

The sound leaves something to be desired. The speakers are located under and in the back of the screen when folded with the keyboard under it.
