Loving the computer. Meets my daughter's needs for her Army Life and schooling!

Great laptop. I have it hooked up to four external monitors and it handles it without issue.

We had always purchased HP's in the past and wasn't sure about this brand. The HP's were out of our price range this time so we gave Lenovo a chance. This is an amazingly fast computer with great storage. Our daughter is a photographer and Lightr**m loaded really fast. Would buy again.

Garbage. But what do you expect with anything Windows based? This was an open box, mistake. The computer was never really right, there were little things here and there with programs I loaded that the tech support for those programs were like dude, we are at a loss.. you're the only one out of however many hundreds of thousands to have this issue. All the fixes they knew to do didn't ever resolve it. So frustratingly I powered through them and just dealt with them. I blamed the program the first time but when the second had unexplainable problems I grew suspect. Now, of course, just outside of my protection plan window (that I paid extra for) the computer won't boot up. Nothing at all. I used it, the battery was getting low so when I was done I plugged it in. Went back to use it a few days later and the battery minder said it was low. So I plugged it in and let it charge. Now nothing. I tried a new charger, suspecting mine was dead, that didn't work. So I pulled the cover off to disconnect the battery.. guess what? There were several loose screws just floating around in there. So the Best Buy geek squad at it again! I laughed that off. I tried unplugging the battery and doing a hard reset. I've tried the charger with the battery disconnected. Nothing. Bravo on the shoddy work Best Buy. And bravo on taking me for a few bucks. It won't happen again I can promise.

This is a great laptop. Great features, feel and touch. One of the most important thing on a laptop for me is the feel of the touch when you're working on it. I'll say this one hits the spot right on. The materials is heavy duty. Yes this is a heavier laptop, however, with the weight comes with durability (I hope). I keep my laptop for 5 to 6 years and I don't see any reason why this one won't last.

Great fast laptop. More than enough power for my small business.

Maybe times have changed but I miss having a laptop that can play DVDs or CDs, not everyone enjoys streaming movies not every movie is available to be streamed, not every artist is on a music app not every song is available. For this reason I take away a star and give it 4.

Starting with my biggest critisicm would be the way the screen portion of the device blocks the rear vents when in table top mode. And the fans sound like a jet engine 95%of the time. It also trends to jitter. I don't know if that's a mechanical problem or a design issue .

Computer is fast, easy to use. Picture quality is amazing.

This is an awesome laptop.... @ $1299.99 Everything is good about it except the Normal price of $1699.99. At that price point you can get a Legion slim 7i with similar specs and a far superior RTX3060. The ARC GPU is still in the "Pay to play Beta Testing Stage" so don't get it if you think you will be doing some light gaming on it without any headaches. Driver support is kind of non-existent right now. Hopefully intel will get their support together before ARC becomes another failed experiment. At the end of the day, you will be getting a i7 12700H, 32GB of DDR5 ram, 1TB SSD and a very nice 2K+ touch display for peanuts. This thing makes for an awesome Work / Content Consumption PC in a very portable and sleek package. Floridians - its Tax-free week so pick this up if you need a pc for school or work!

Really like this laptop. Small enough but screen is readable.

I love the versatility of this computer. I love the USB-C charging, the usb-c thunderbolt4 ports, the HDMI port and 2 regular USB ports. The computer is a beast. If I had one complaint, due to it's beautiful large screen... its a bit heavy. This unit checked all my boxes as to what I needed in a computer and a laptop!

Absolutely phenomenal all around laptop except for one major flaw... THE HEAT! This thing runs volcano level hot easily, the internal cpu temp reads 100*C max regularly. This is a design flaw for something with such power
