The trackpad has stopped working over 7 plus times. I bring it to geek squad and they say the "fixed" it. 5 to 7 days later it stops working. If you have a warranty you uave to send the computer to a 3rd party atleast 3 times and pay for shipping and handling each time with no guarantee it will fix the issue. I would buy a different brand and especially not from best buy
