The touch pad stops working periodically making it basically useless for my purposes. Have gone through all the troubleshooting … drivers, windows updates etc. it is now waiting on repairs for the second time in less than a year - each time causing me to be without the machine for 3 weeks.

It is on the heavy side and the battery life is atrocious. I put all power settings on and it still stinks. May need to buy another laptop sooner than I wanted and will look at other brands this time.

I returned it once during the warranty period and got it replaced because the touch pad was iffy and the sound was terrible. Within a month the touch pad would not work at all and I had to use a mouse. And the sound became even worse that the first computer. I did not take this one back because I had loaded all my programs on it and learned to just live with it using another mouse and earpods. This morning it completely died, it will not turn on...and it's only 3 months old. Worse purhase of muy life!
